The 2016 Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville combined spectacular gardens, fine antiques, and horticultural items into one outstanding three-day show. Located in the Music City Center in downtown Nashville, the show’s 150+ exhibitors, renowned experts and fabulous gardens made it the ultimate destination for new and ardent antique collectors, avid gardeners, and those seeking design inspiration.
This year’s featured speaker was Gwyneth Paltrow, founder and chief creative officer of GOOP. Other notable speakers included interior designers: Bunny Williams, Windsor Smith, Brian McCarthy, David Kleinberg, Suzanne Rheinstein, Mark Sikes, and Brian Murphy.
During the show, flower editor-in-chief, Margot Shaw, had the honor of introducing British floral designer, Shane Connolly. Shane holds an appointment by HRH The Prince of Wales as official florist for royal events. He orchestrated Prince Charles’ wedding to Camilla Parker-Bowles in 2005 as well as the 2011 wedding of Catherine Middleton (now the Duchess of Cambridge) and Prince William.
