INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ¼ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam (a vegan swap for egg white)
- 2 small pieces cucumber
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously to release the essential elements of the cucumber, creating a sophisticated froth.
