Homemade rosemary syrup adds a warm sweet touch to this signature cocktail. Rather than adding ice to the punch bowl, have an ice bucket handy to fill each glass with ice at the time of serving.

Makes one large punch bowl (about 12 cups)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry prosecco
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • ¾ cup rosemary syrup
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1-liter bottle of club soda, cold

Directions

For the rosemary simple syrup:

1 | Combine 1 cup of sugar with ½ cup water and 4 sprigs of rosemary in a small saucepan. On medium heat, boil for 6–8 minutes.

2 | Turn off the heat and allow the rosemary to steep until cool. Discard the rosemary.

For the punch:

1 | Combine all the ingredients, except the club soda, in a punch bowl and stir until combined. Just before your guests arrive, pour the cold club soda into the punch bowl.

2 | Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and an orange wedge.

“I’m often asked why I love entertaining so much. It took me a long time to understand the answer to this. Fitting in, even sometimes within a family, can be difficult. By entertaining, I was allowing myself to be vulnerable enough to be seen for who I was. It allowed me to create a group of family and friends that would truly see and appreciate my authenticity. I now realize the rewards of living intentionally and opening up m home (and heart) to bring people together over food.”
