Winter '09 :: Wedding Flowers, Favors & Foods
Tyler and Will - Auburn, Alabama
1 - Door Decor A pair of wreaths featuring a loose arrangement of antique hydrangeas, Bells of Ireland, Casablanca lilies, snap dragons, stock, larkspur, smilax, cream and white spray roses, and pink-tipped Esperance roses greeted guests at the First Baptist Church in Opelika, Alabama. 2 - Grand Entrance
Friends and family entered the reception, held at the bride’s parents’ home, via this doorway garnished with charming swags of grapevine wreath and ruscus, boxwood wreaths and baskets of larkspur. Planters of lacecap hydrangeas and maidenhair ferns flanked the pathway.

3 - Dramatic Dining
High-impact, elegant décor created a fitting backdrop for the cake table, which included a low arrangement of pistachio Cymbidium orchids, white and green hydrangeas, Casablanca lilies, smilax, green hypericum berries, green roses, and white and green Dendrobium orchids. A wreath containing the same flowers hung from above, and flanking the center arrangement, two cherub statues clasped bouquets alongside maidenhair ferns in planters.

4- Winter Garden Spiraling obelisks of moss adorned with hydrangeas, Bells of Ireland, larkspur, roses, and flickering mercury glass candleholders lent an architectural element to the seating tables and suited Tyler’s desire for a garden theme. 5 - Wedding Bell Jar Quite an elegant terrarium, this glass dome housed posies of roses and ivy in clay pots.
