Spring '08 :: Mimi's MechanicsTopiary Take OneHot pink roses welcome the return of spring in this fresh approach to a familiar design. You can’t beat hot pink paired with yellow and green for spring. "Aqua" roses provide a true shade of pink and are my favorite in this color family. (They open nicely too.) The flax leaves are the perfect vibrant shade of green and yellow and can hold their own with the hot pink without taking over. Other tropical plant leaves would work too—just make sure you have a "loud" enough shade of yellow and green. ![]()
